Description
The Mining Engineer will support the planning, construction, and short-range production of a developmental surface lithium mine. Responsibilities include ore grade control, equipment and project scheduling, site surveys, mine planning, environmental and permitting engineering, waste-stream planning, and technical support for operations and maintenance. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, 1–3 years of surface mining engineering experience, and familiarity with mining software and large earthmoving equipment. The work is based at the Thacker Pass Project in Orovada, Nevada, with relocation assistance available for candidates willing to relocate to Winnemucca, Nevada.
