Description

Canadian Natural is seeking mining engineering students for 4-, 8-, 12-, or 16-month internship work terms beginning in January, May, or September 2027. Interns may work with Mine Technology, Mine Planning, Mine Operations Projects, Mine Survey, or Tailings Planning teams in Calgary or Fort McMurray, supporting mine and tailings operations through performance monitoring, engineering design, production-efficiency analysis, budgeting, planning scenarios, economic evaluations, and detailed scheduling. Applicants should be enrolled in a relevant bachelor's degree, hold an Alberta Class 5 or equivalent driver's licence, be physically and mentally fit, and pass pre-employment drug screening; legal authorization to work in Canada is required.
