The Foreman manages a crew, shift, or specific task and reports to the Project Superintendent. Responsibilities include project management, daily timecard and project-diary submissions, GPS-based grade checks, safety leadership, MSHA compliance, workplace exams, task-training forms, incident response, and personnel coordination.
