AECOM is hiring a Mining Infrastructure Lead in Lima, Peru, to serve on the Mining Leadership Team for Peru and LATAM. The role oversees multidisciplinary mining operations, drives business growth and service expansion, manages department performance, leads and develops professionals across multiple provinces, and maintains client and stakeholder relationships. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least 8 years of mining experience, multidisciplinary team-management experience, knowledge of the Peruvian mining sector, and English/Spanish fluency. The position does not offer relocation or sponsorship assistance.
