TKDA is hiring a Mining Market Manager for the Southwest Region to advance engineering services in mining across Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah. The role develops business plans, identifies and cultivates clients and project opportunities, responds to RFPs, negotiates contracts, coordinates project teams, reviews designs, and leads industry outreach. It requires a relevant engineering degree, extensive mining and infrastructure project experience, multi-disciplinary project management and business development experience, and the ability to travel up to 20% overnight.
