WSP is hiring a Mining Geotechnical Project Director to lead and oversee large-scale and complex geotechnical investigation projects in the mining sector. The role combines project management, financial and administrative oversight, technical leadership, multidisciplinary team coordination, client relations, regulatory compliance, safety, and mentorship. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil or geological engineering, at least 10 years of relevant geotechnical experience, French communication skills, OIQ membership, an ASP Construction card, a valid driver’s license, and occasional travel availability. Compensation ranges from $111,000 to $162,800 depending on Canadian province or territory.
