Description
The Minor Ingredients Operator will accurately weigh, measure, and prepare minor ingredient batches according to formulas, batch records, and Standard Operating Procedures. The role also maintains inventory, performs quality checks, operates and cleans mixing and weighing equipment, documents production activities, and follows GMP and safety procedures. It is an F-Shift 8pm–8am position on a 3-2-2-3 schedule in Sumter, South Carolina, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of manufacturing or production experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
