Description
The MIS Reporting Analyst will generate and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, CRM reports, SLAs, KPIs, and operational process reports for F&A areas including Order Management, O2C, P2P, R2R, and FP&A. The role uses Advanced Excel, Power BI, and VBA to highlight performance gaps, support decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and deliver high-quality reports on client timelines. It requires 3–5 years of experience, proficiency in reporting tools, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
