Lockheed Martin Space is hiring a Mission Analysis Lead to develop and maintain the design reference mission, own the mission analysis database, maintain technical performance measures, and oversee trajectory, thermal, EMI/EMC, survivability, breakup, and separation-dynamics analyses. The role also supports design trade studies, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk analyses, and the translation of customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, astrodynamics, mechanical engineering, or a related field, at least eight years of professional experience in missile, rocket, trajectory, flight dynamics, or flight-science roles, at least three years in a lead or technical-authority position, relevant modeling and software experience, and an active current Secret clearance with United States citizenship. The position offers a full-time salary range of $118,000 to $219,100 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
