The Exploration Company is hiring a Mission Assurance Engineer to own the end-to-end safety and reliability strategy for spacecraft. The role owns vehicle safety architecture, assesses pre-flight risks, performs FMECA, FTA, PRA, and RAM analyses, defines fault management and FDIR architectures, supports on-console operations and anomaly resolution, and reports residual risk and flight readiness to program leadership. The ideal candidate has a master’s degree in engineering or science, reliability and fault-tolerance expertise, spacecraft systems knowledge, and strong communication and project-management skills; experience with FDIR logic, government customer verification, and human spaceflight is a bonus. Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are provided where applicable.
