It requires U.S. citizenship, active Top-Secret clearance, a valid U.S. driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of relevant experience including one year of close protection experience, and S3/R3 Russian proficiency. The position involves 12-hour shifts, 60+ hours per week, overtime opportunities, housing, three paid 14-day rest-and-recovery periods, and quarterly bonuses, with a Moscow rate of $61.71 per hour.
