SpaceX is hiring a Mission Integration Engineer, Special Programs to own the integration of customer payloads onto a SpaceX payload platform. The role covers requirements definition, payload-to-platform interface documentation, interface trades, compliance disposition, integrated testing, on-orbit operations, risk mitigation, and coordination with vehicle, payload, and operations teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM, systems-engineering experience, and the ability to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance; the position requires approximately 15% travel and may require extended hours and weekends.
