Description
CACI is hiring a full-time Mission IT Operator to support a 24x7 government mission. The role troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software, server, network, security, and infrastructure issues; provides first-line technical support; maintains privileged access and configuration documentation; monitors and escalates incidents; and coordinates with enterprise resources. The position requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph, DODI 8570.01-M IAT Level II and Security+ certifications, strong communication skills, and experience with UNIX, Linux, and Windows systems. The schedule is 12-hour shifts on a 4-on-4-off day-night cycle, with no travel required. The proposed salary range is $61,100 to $122,200, with healthcare and other benefits mentioned.
