Description
Rocket Lab is hiring a Mission Manager to manage multiple customer missions from contract signing through payload integration and launch for its HASTE program. The role oversees technical, programmatic, and financial milestones; payload integration; milestone reviews; interface control documentation; customer technical support; business development input; and public events. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical discipline, at least five years of mission or technical program management experience, launch-vehicle or spacecraft integration or project management experience, travel ability, and eligibility for a TS/SCI clearance. The position is based at a North American Rocket Lab site and may require travel to launch pads, customer sites, and overseas locations.
