Description
Rocket Lab is hiring a Mission Manager to manage multiple customer missions from contract signing through payload integration and launch for its HASTE program. The role oversees technical, programmatic, and financial milestones; payload integration; milestone reviews; interface control documentation; customer technical support; business development input; and mission integrator development. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical discipline, at least five years of mission or technical program management experience, hardware integration or launch-vehicle/project-management experience, and an active DoD Secret Clearance. The position is based at a North American Rocket Lab site and may require travel to launch pads, customer sites, and overseas facilities, with total compensation of $137,075–$196,275 USD and a base salary of $116,800–$160,600 USD.
