The Automotive Service Advisor prepares repair orders and estimates for new and used Bert Ogden vehicles, coordinates work with technicians, verifies warranties and recalls, maintains service records, provides customer service, and performs cashiering duties. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, related experience preferred, a valid Texas driver's license, background and drug screening, and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
