Axon is hiring a Mission Operator II to serve as a trusted technical advisor for complex public safety agencies in the Greater Chicago Area. The role combines software, hardware, networking, cloud, AI, and public safety expertise with operational leadership, deployment planning, customer success strategy, troubleshooting, data analysis, training, and executive engagement. It is an on-site position five days per week at a customer agency, requires 5–7 years of relevant technical customer-facing experience, and offers a base pay range of $74,250 to $118,800 USD.
