Space Dynamics Laboratory is hiring a Mission Program Manager to lead end-to-end NASA and civil space missions from concept development and proposal capture through spacecraft and payload development, integration and test, launch, and mission operations. The role serves as the mission-level authority for technical, cost, schedule, risk, customer satisfaction, and partner integration, leading multidisciplinary teams across government, academia, industry, and subcontractors. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related technical discipline, at least 10 years of progressively responsible aerospace experience including 5 years leading complex spaceflight projects or programs, extensive NASA lifecycle and program management experience, and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance. The typical salary range is $135,000 to $220,000, with a comprehensive benefits package.
