Description

The Mission Security Coordinator will support Allied Command Transformation’s Headquarters SACT Force Protection team by planning and executing security for high-profile Diamond events and international missions, assessing travel and event risks, coordinating with local authorities and intelligence agencies, conducting site surveys and counterintelligence reviews, providing security briefings, and preparing after-action reports. The role is based in Norfolk, Virginia, requires at least five years of relevant security experience, a recognized risk-management certification, an active NATO SECRET or higher clearance, and English proficiency at STANAG 6001 SLP 3333 level.

Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of experience in security administration, risk management, criminology, public administration, or industrial security administration, including planning, coordination, and execution of security operations for high-profile events, international travel, or multinational operations.
At least 3 years of experience planning, managing, and executing security measures for major events involving VIPs, senior leadership, or large-scale international operations, including risk assessments, site security surveys, and coordination with local law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and emergency responders.
Preferred Qualifications: Counterterrorism or crisis management certification.
