Virtualitics is hiring a Mission Support Specialist to serve as an embedded, forward-deployed representative at an assigned Army or Intelligence Community customer site in Fort Gregg-Adams/Richmond, Virginia. The role owns the operational capability and customer relationship for Virtualitics’ Readiness AI platform, provides hands-on training, coordinates technical operations, collects customer feedback, manages site logistics, supports classified engagements, and drives solution adoption. The position requires 5+ years supporting Department of War operations, U.S. citizenship, the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, and onsite or hybrid availability at the customer location.
