Boeing Defense, Space & Security is hiring an experienced or senior Mission Systems Software Developer in Daytona Beach, Florida. The role supports agile software development for avionics and mission systems, develops high-fidelity simulation and environment software, integrates solutions onto platforms, and provides technical leadership to junior engineers. The position is 100% onsite and requires a bachelor's degree, at least four years of professional software development experience, and at least three years of experience with multiple software development methodologies. Preferred qualifications include embedded real-time software, simulation, operational flight software, real-time operating systems, object-oriented design, agile development, open mission systems, software architecture, configuration management, and project leadership. The role requires a U.S. security clearance and does not offer visa sponsorship.
