Description
The Mission Training Complex Engineer supports immersive training for NASA International Space Station payload operations by managing a physical training facility, developing hardware and virtual mock-ups, creating 3D models, and building Unity-based XR applications. The role also manages training infrastructure, tests and troubleshoots training environments, teaches classes, leads tours, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, proficiency with tools such as Unity3D, C#, CAD, Blender, and additive-manufacturing technologies, and US citizenship with the ability to obtain or maintain a government security clearance.
