Description
The Missionary Discovery Consultant supports missionary candidates through NAMB’s endorsement process, reviewing applications, background checks, training completion, references, and doctrinal alignment; monitoring progress, resolving helpdesk and complex issues, processing terminations, and administering MSC accounts. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, Microsoft Office proficiency, Southern Baptist church membership, confidentiality, and strong relational and facilitation skills. It is a full-time exempt position at NAMB Headquarters with hybrid work, retirement, paid time off, and medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
