Flathead Industries is hiring a Consumer Services Assistant for its new Missoula thrift store. The role supports consumer workers, participates in store operations, maintains consumer records, provides safety and customer service, assists with retail activities, and performs basic cash-handling and computer tasks. The position follows a Friday-through-Monday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. schedule, offers progressive hourly pay, and requires high-school-equivalent education, occupational training, background checks, a Montana driver's license, and completion of Flathead Industries training phases.
