Challenger is hiring a Manager in Training to learn campus procedures, classroom teaching, and administrative operations for up to 24 months. After successful completion, the trainee will be placed as a Preschool Director, Elementary Director, or Headmaster. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, the ability to recruit, train, and manage educator staff, and completion of background checks and pre-employment assessments.
