EVVA is hiring an International Order Processing Specialist in Vienna to handle export orders, verify order completeness and plausibility, clarify information gaps, coordinate complaints and delivery schedules with production, prepare manufacturing documents, and collaborate with sales, supply chain, and production. The role requires a completed commercial qualification such as HAK, preferably some commercial experience, strong written and spoken English, customer orientation, quality focus, and independent work. The gross monthly salary is €2,947.89 for 38.5 hours per week, with training, benefits, and a Meidling station accessible by public transport.
