Planet Home Lending is hiring a Mitigation Coordinator - Bilingual to manage defaulted-loan portfolios and negotiate loss-mitigation solutions such as modifications, short sales, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, reinstatements, and charge-offs. The role analyzes borrowers, evaluates properties, maintains records, preserves vacant properties, and handles inquiries in the customer’s preferred language. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of mitigation, collections, or default servicing experience, and professional use of a second language; Spanish fluency is a plus. The position is performed in a standard office environment and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
