Mitigation Inspector at Charter Construction

Cavalry Construction & Restoration is hiring a full-time, in-person Mitigation Inspector to oversee mitigation inspections from dispatch through signed Work Authorization. The role involves field damage assessments, customer communication, documentation in Dash and CRM, regulatory sampling, coordination with the File Coordinator and Operations Manager, and use of moisture meters and thermal imaging cameras. Candidates need at least two years of restoration, construction, or inspection experience, Xactimate experience, property insurance or catastrophe claims experience, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma or GED.
