Sid Grinker Restoration Inc is hiring a Lead Mitigation Technician to lead mitigation teams and perform water damage mitigation, contents cleaning, fire and smoke cleanup, mold remediation, and structural cleaning in residential and commercial settings. The role includes emergency response, safety oversight, equipment operation, moisture monitoring, inventory control, customer service, and occasional overtime or on-call work. A high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of mitigation and construction restoration experience, and a valid driver’s license are required.
