Compleat Restorations is hiring an experienced Mitigation Project Manager to lead residential and commercial mitigation projects after property damage. The role develops and executes mitigation plans, directs and supervises crews, performs job-site inspections and quality control, maintains documentation, enforces safety standards, communicates with customers and project teams, and participates in a 24/7 on-call rotation. Candidates need at least two years of mitigation experience, project-management and leadership experience, a valid driver’s license, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and strong communication and organizational skills. The position pays $20–$28 per hour, offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates, and includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid time off, holidays, a 401(k) match, and other benefits.
