Cavalry Construction & Restoration is hiring a full-time Mitigation Project Manager in the Houston area to lead field operations for multiple water, mold, and fire mitigation and rebuild projects. The role oversees daily schedules, job-site progress, quality control, customer communication, documentation, inspections, training, and safety leadership. It requires strong restoration and field-management experience, with IICRC, lead renovator, and TDLR qualifications preferred. The position pays $60,000–$90,000 per year plus commission and includes health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, and a vehicle and fuel allowance.
