Description
The Mitigation Production Manager leads onsite water, fire, and mold damage restoration projects from a hands-on, crew-facing role. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating mitigation crews, performing restoration work, maintaining project documentation, communicating with property owners and internal teams, troubleshooting onsite issues, training crew members, managing equipment and materials, and completing final inspections. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, relevant restoration or construction experience, physical ability, strong communication skills, a valid driver's license, and availability for on-call or after-hours emergencies.
