Cousino Restoration & Environmental is hiring an experienced Mitigation Project Manager for its Perrysburg, Ohio team. The role oversees project finances, profitability, and day-to-day operations for emergency water, smoke, and fire damage mitigation projects; coordinates damage assessment, demolition, cleanup, equipment setup, field technicians, supplies, and customer service; and supervises employees. The position requires at least two years of leadership experience and two years of restoration industry experience, includes some travel, and offers a salary of $65,000–$75,000 plus uncapped commission along with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA and FSA, paid time off, sick time, holidays, and a 401(k) match.
