Pro-Craft Restoration is hiring a full-time, field-based Mitigation Technician to support water, fire, and mold damage restoration projects. The role involves removing debris, performing designated demolition, preparing work areas, staging equipment, setting up containment, communicating with supervisors and customers, completing cleanup, maintaining tools and supplies, following safety procedures, and wearing required PPE. The position is physically demanding, requires reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, and includes an on-call rotation for emergency response.
