American Restoration Water and Fire LLC. is hiring an entry-level Mitigation Technician to respond to emergency flood and fire restoration requests, perform water damage restoration, clean and restore damaged properties, operate hand and power tools, conduct specialized cleaning, and follow safety protocols. The role is full-time, in person, and pays $17–$21 per hour, with $24 per hour for IICRC-certified candidates. It requires an active driver's license, tool proficiency, physical ability, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to pass a background and drug test; restoration experience is preferred.
