Mitigation Technician at Charter Construction

Arcus Restoration is hiring a full-time Mitigation Technician in the Huntsville area to perform property restoration and remediation work involving water, fire, smoke, and other damage. The role includes demolition, hand and power tool use, structural drying, monitoring visits, mold remediation, site safety, documentation, and customer communication. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, basic math and communication skills, the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and power-tool proficiency; IICRC certifications and construction, plumbing, or electrical backgrounds are preferred. Compensation is $18.00–$24.00 per hour plus production commission, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and life insurance benefits.
