Description
Serclean is hiring a Mitigation Technician to lead water-damage mitigation projects, manage on-site operations, oversee technicians, coordinate additional scope with customers and the sales team, document drying progress, enforce safety and Standard Operating Procedures, operate a company vehicle, and serve as the client contact. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of water mitigation experience, IICRC Water Damage Restoration certification preferred, a valid Georgia driver's license, weekend and on-call availability, and the ability to perform physically demanding work.
