Description
Restorations by Highmark is hiring a Mitigation Technician to respond to water, fire, and storm emergencies in residential and commercial properties. The role assesses damage, performs mitigation and restoration work, extracts water, cleans fire residue, handles customer contents, remediates mold, documents moisture and before-and-after conditions, maintains equipment, and communicates with customers and internal teams. The position requires an on-call rotation, travel to job sites, a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, a DOT medical card or ability to obtain one, and a background check. Previous water and fire damage mitigation and restoration experience and IICRC certification are beneficial, and the pay range is $20–$25 per hour.
