Description
The Mitigation Technician performs on-site emergency water mitigation, content manipulation, fire and smoke cleaning, mold and microbial remediation, containment, moisture monitoring, and structural cleaning in residential and commercial structures. The role provides initial emergency leadership, supports restoration and structural cleaning projects, maintains customer service, and requires rotating on-call availability, occasional overtime, and physical work involving lifting, climbing, and outdoor conditions. IICRC certification is a plus, and a valid Wisconsin driver’s license is required.
