Additional Information

Minimum Education: Undergraduate or graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
Required Previous Experiences: 5 years of hands-on technical experience managing/supporting multi-server and complex network infrastructure environments
Preferred Qualifications: Virtualization experience with Hyper-V or VMware and Azure experience
Managed Service Provider or Managed Security Service Provider experience
Backup disaster recovery experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and firewall certifications (Sonicwall, Meraki, Watchguard) or willingness to obtain them
