DLR Group is hiring a Studio Leader for its Nashville, Tennessee office to support and lead growth in the Mixed-Use sector. The role combines client relationship management, contract negotiations, project execution, staffing and performance oversight, milestone tracking, change-request management, business development, invoicing, and account receivables. It requires a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, interior design, or a related construction field, at least 10 years of AEC experience including 5 years in a client-facing role leading Mixed-Use projects in the southeast, and offers a hybrid work model with a four-day in-office schedule.
