Stratas Foods is hiring a Mixer I for a 3rd-shift food manufacturing role working from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with training on the 1st or 2nd shift and new-hire orientation on the 1st shift. The entry-level position involves learning mixing processes, operating and tending food-product mixing equipment, monitoring gauges and temperatures, performing CIP skid operations, handling chemicals, completing documentation, and following food-safety and quality procedures. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; mixing, blending, food-industry, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
