Description
The Mixing Plant Superintendent provides overall leadership for a business division, managing delivery of existing work, new project acquisition, financial performance, maintenance programs, safety culture, client relations, and operational compliance. The role supervises daily operations and maintenance, leads Rig Supervisors and Managers, manages resources and profit-and-loss metrics, and requires 5+ years of progressive Well Services industry experience, a BS/BA or equivalent education, a valid driver license, and 25% travel.
