Description
The Paint Manufacturing Operator sets up, runs, and maintains equipment used to mix, grind, and produce paint and coating products. The role operates control systems, pumps, valves, dispersers, forklifts, and other manufacturing equipment; prepares and inspects batches; monitors raw materials and finished goods; maintains records and equipment; and supports production, inventory, quality, and team-training activities. The position works a weekend shift from Friday through Sunday, 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., and requires applicants to be at least 18 and legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
