Description
The Mixing Technician prepares and blends raw materials, dyes, and concentrates to produce specific colors for plastic-closure manufacturing. The role operates and maintains mixing and grinding equipment, weighs and stores materials, inspects incoming goods, enters production data, and supports quality control, safety, 5S, and continuous-improvement activities. It requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift licensing, computer skills, and the ability to work independently and at a quick pace; manufacturing or mechanical experience is preferred. The position works a 12-hour rotating night shift, D shift, and requires physical activity including lifting up to 40 pounds.
