Description
The role leads bar operations, menu development, beverage preparation, staff training and coaching, inventory control, guest service, and compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. It requires a high school certification, preferably a diploma or beverage certification, and at least four years of bar or bartender experience in the hospitality industry. The position also requires strong English, customer service, mixology, beverage knowledge, recipe development, organizational, and multitasking skills.
