Description
The seasonal Mixologist will work behind the bar at voco Grand Central Hotel’s Champagne Central in Glasgow, creating and serving classic and contemporary cocktails, recommending spirits and ingredients, and delivering a high-quality guest experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Full and part-time roles are available on an immediate-start seasonal contract until 2 January 2027, with pay from £14.13 per hour plus service charge. Previous mixology or cocktail-bartending experience, strong drink knowledge, guest-interaction ability, attention to detail, and UK work rights are required.
