Mauna Kea Resort is hiring an MK Copper Bar Captain for its Food & Beverage Restaurant division. The role involves setting up and resetting dining areas, greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, using the resort POS, serving alcohol in compliance with applicable laws, recommending wine pairings and resort facilities, managing meal timing, processing payments, handling guest concerns, maintaining cleanliness and supplies, and training new employees. The position is based at Copper Bar and Copper Kitchen, including an outdoor venue, with shifts determined by the restaurant manager and the possibility of working over 40 hours per week.
