Description
Blue Origin is hiring an Engineering Operations Lead on the MK-1 Lunar Lander Avionics Team within its Lunar Permanence business unit. The role leads project management and engineering operations across the avionics system lifecycle, including requirements, design development, hardware integration, verification, deployment, agile sprint execution, schedule and deliverable tracking, stakeholder communications, and coordination with integration and test facilities. The position requires a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least three years in relevant embedded or firmware systems and technical program management, and experience with agile and project management tools. Preferred qualifications include advanced experience, PMP certification, safety-critical avionics standards, RTOS, flight software, verification and validation, configuration control, and DevOps.
