Mauna Kea Resort is hiring an MKR Waithelp in its FB Restaurant division. The role involves setting tables, greeting guests, taking and entering food and beverage orders into the resort POS system, serving meals and beverages, making wine recommendations, processing payments, clearing and resetting tables, maintaining supplies and cleanliness, upselling menu items, and following alcohol-service laws and service standards. The position requires flexible shifts, physical stamina, customer-service and communication skills, and responsible alcohol-service training within 30 days of hire.
